Steven J. Halloran

Co-Founder, CEO and Leadership Coach

Steven is a leadership education entrepreneur with a background in counseling, business development, startups, and higher education.  He holds a graduate counseling degree from Seattle Pacific University and operated a private behavioral health practice in Downtown Seattle for more than 16 years.  He is certified as a PHR by HRCI.  

Over time, Steven's practice evolved to primarily serve business executives with an emphasis on change management, motivation, team building, stress and conflict management. He focused on providing leadership trainings to small work groups using established psychometric devices. Concurrently, Steven spent 6 years as faculty in the Education Department at Seattle University.

Steven is completing his doctoral dissertation in educational leadership from Northeastern University.  

 

Tamarra Jeu Harris

Management Consultant

Tamarra has extensive experience in HR management having supervised over 150 employees over the past 10 years as a member of senior management at ELS Educational Services, the largest propriety English as a Second Language company in the world. In this role Tamarra was instrumental in the development of both revenue generating policies as well as qualitative initiatives promoting positive organizational management in the workplace. Her responsibilities included maintaining high-level relationships with major universities such as Rutgers University and Case Western Reserve University. 

Tamarra graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Dionne McDonald

Co-Founder, Workplace Wellness Consultant

Dionne is a management consultant with a focus on workplace wellness—the intersection of business systems with individual physical, mental, and social health.

She was formerly the Assistant Director of Development for the Schools of Nursing and Allied Health Professions at Loma Linda University in Southern California. Dionne also owned and operated a licensed massage therapy practice in Santa Rosa, California, for more than 15 years that focused on helping clients strengthen their mind/body connection and integrate their mental, physical, and spiritual selves.

Dionne's recent volunteer projects have included teaching English in Spain, building trails in the California Sierras, bicycling down the California coast to raise money for wounded veterans, and working with elephants in Thailand.

 

Ben Lidgus 

Interpersonal Business Consultant

Ben is an experiential educator with a passion for creating environments that foster effective and lasting change. He holds a Masters in Teaching from Seattle University and currently operates a private education consultancy focused on learning styles, learning challenges and inspiring students to find new levels of achievement. Ben's educational style is informed by two decades of success in performing and teaching for the stage. He applies this talent in creating interpersonal resonance among workgroups and coalescing it into lasting change in the workplace.

 

Claira Eastwood

Communications Intern

Claira Eastwood is an avid reader, writer, aspiring musician, and coffee enthusiast. A California native, she is passionate about equality and social justice.  She believes that being persistent, thankful, believing in her own voice and abilities, and even sometimes her ability to “let go” have served her well as keys to her early personal success.
